Shipping Info (Important!)

Delays:There may be some shipping delays due to COVID-19 as postal companies keep up with demand.  

Frequency:
Makohouse will continue to monitor the situation regarding COVID-19; as of Mar 26, 2020 all orders will be shipped on an approximately1/2 month basis  based on demand to reduce travel.

Shipment is prepared and sent for processing within a week of purchase. Shipping times vary by country.

• Canada: 7-10 business days (After shipping notice - Tracking number via Canada Post)
• USA: 7-10 business days (After shipping notice Tracking number via USPS)
• International: 2-3 Months (No Tracking) 

(Approximation, shipping speed can vary. Package can sometimes go through customs check, which can prolong shipping time.)
